Under the GREENSHIFT Project, with the support of the European Union, SASAJA - Samyukta Safai Jagaran organized Leadership Development & Team Building and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Gender & Social Inclusion (GESI) trainings. Safai Yoddhas, executive committee members, and waste worker groups strengthened their leadership, workplace safety, teamwork, and advocacy skills through these sessions.
The trainings contributed to greater safety awareness, stronger worker representation, and enhanced inclusion, empowering waste workers to champion dignity, wellbeing, and sustainable change within their communities.
