Roster members will be engaged on a need basis as consultants and will be compensated with competitive fees for assigned work. Applicants will be evaluated on their qualifications and competencies. Those whose applications are deemed eligible will be included in CREASION's Roster of Experts. being part of the roster does not guarantee a contract. Future engagement will depend on CREASION's needs. When a service requirement arises, the organization will directly contact suitable consultants from the roster, provided a specific Term of Reference (TOR) outlining the expected outputs, and issue a contract if terms such as fee and availability are agreed upon.
