Ms. Jyotsana Thapa holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Kumaun University in Nainital, India, and brings over 20 years of extensive experience in procurement, administration, logistics, fleet management, travel and event coordination, as well as asset and inventory management. Her expertise includes strategic planning, strategic sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, contract management, cost analysis, and documentation & archiving. Ms. Thapa has worked with prominent organizations such as Save the Children International, Lutheran World Federation, and the Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA) in Kanchanpur. She has also managed multi-donor funded programs including US-based funds, DFID, ECHO, Australian Aid (SIDA), JICA, KOICA, USAID, DanChurch Aid, Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe, Islamic Relief Fund, and UNHCR.

Mr Ujjwal Upadhyay is a prominently skilled expert, manager, director and trainer working in the field of climate change impact, adaptation and mitigation, environment impact assessment, disaster risk reduction, sustainable development, circular economy, conservation, livelihood, transboundary water resources management, and education. Ujjwal has substantially devoted his career in sustainable development in an international context, focusing on development issues linked to environmental risk mitigation, climate adaptation, water management, landscapes, conservation and the society, including how communities can sustainably manage natural resources while working for increased resilience amid many environmental challenges. Having worked with various international organizations like ICIMOD, WWF, OXFAM, USAID, UNDP, UNEP, CICERO, VSO, ADB, Dan Church Aid, Finn Church Aid, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung,(KAS), RESTLESS DEVELOPMENT, The World Bank along with various international universities in Japan, Thailand, Europe and US including government organizations, Ujjwal has contributed to numerous policies and projects and have also published research papers and articles in prominent journals and books of international standards. Also, Mr Upadhyay is a prominent visiting lecturer cum research mentor in Kathmandu University, Tribhuvan University, Pokhara University, Lumbini Buddhist University in Nepal and Waseda University, in Japan, where he deals with the subjects of his aforementioned interests. Mr Upadhyay has been working in CREASION since March 2024 as Team Leader of the Project Collaborative Approach for Preventing Plastic Leakages in Rivers of Nepal (CAP) funded by the World Bank and Parley.

MERL Officer
Dikshya Dhakal is an accomplished Environmental Engineer with a solid background in environmental safeguard and monitoring and evaluation of a project. She holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology from the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thailand, and a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Engineering from Kathmandu University, Nepal.
Previously, She was employed as an Environmental Engineer at Environment Resource Management Consultant under the Kathmandu Valley Wastewater Management Project, supported by ADB. She was responsible for reviewing and preparing progress reports, monitoring project sites, conducting training sessions on environmental and occupational health and safety measures.
As a MERL Officer, she is committed to leveraging her expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning to support the objectives of the GreenShift project.
Finance Officer
Laxman Raj Pandey has wide experience in the finance sector working with different NGOs and INGOs in Nepal. He is dedicated to leveraging his financial management expertise to ensure the transparent, efficient, and compliant use of multi-donor funds. His commitment to financial integrity and support for program teams drives the mission forward, fostering impactful and sustainable development initiatives.
In addition to his professional role, Mr.Pandey has extensive experience in yoga and meditation and serves as a yoga teacher with the Patanjali Yoga Samiti in Nepal. He is also active in social work, holding life memberships with the Nepal Red Cross Society, and the Community Service Center (Community Police).
Environment Safeguarding Officer
Ms. Lila is a dedicated environment professional. With a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University and over four years of experience in project planning, management, and implementation, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She specializes in conducting environmental assessments and feasibility studies for various developmental projects, including hydropower, recreational projects, and transmission lines. She has experience working with and handling the projects of USAID, the National Geographic Society, Kindermissionswer, and Taksvarrki Finland. Her work promotes renewable energy and climate-smart project strategies through green investment and financing. With strong advocacy for green and climate financing, Lila is committed to enhancing financial support for micro-entrepreneurs through various ecosystems and mechanism developments. She is dedicated to grassroots empowerment and capacity building, particularly in rural communities.
Outside her professional commitments, she enjoys reading novels, hiking, trekking, and exploring different cuisines. Deeply devoted to wildlife and environmental conservation, she thrives on being close to nature.

Mr. Keshab Adhikari works with Creasion as a Finance Officer. He has more than 7 years of experience in accountancy,Finance and auditing, he leads responsible for preparing and monitoring operating and program budgets,payroll administration,grants administration ,taxation matters,audit coordination,donor reporting, and internal and external compliance.Prior to joining the Creasion, Keshab worked with Scott Wilson Nepal as an Admin and Finance Manager. Keshab holds a master's degree in finance from Tribhuwan University, and Intetnational Exchange program on Agro-Business and Micro-Finance promotion.

Suvekchhya Tuladhar holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Kathmandu University, Nepal. She has experience in sustainability and climate resilience initiatives, with a focus on aligning strategies with donor priorities. Her professional journey includes crafting proposals and concept notes, coordinating outreach programs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align with donor priorities and organizational goals. Passionate about empowering communities, she is dedicated to skill-building and knowledge-sharing at the grassroots level to drive meaningful and sustainable impacts.

Ms. Salina Joshi is devoted to protecting the environment and promoting sustainable practices. She has two years of practical expertise in environmental safeguarding and compliance. She puts forth endless effort to spark positive change both inside and outside of her community. Ms. Joshi is prepared to take on environmental challenges head-on and significantly contribute to CREASION's main objective of promoting environmental stewardship and resilience in Nepal. She completed a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and a Master's degree in running- fourth semester.

Mr. Nischal Pandey is a committed Agriculture Technician with practical expertise in business development, value chain management, and market linkage in the agriculture industry. He earns an undergraduate degree in Agriculture and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Agriculture specializing in Agro ecology. Ms. Priyashma Shrestha is a final-year student of Bachelors in Development Studies. She has worked as a research fellow at Vrikshya Foundation on open urban spaces and contributed to a World Bank project assessing drone capacity in Nepal. Priyashma is dedicated to leveraging technology to revitalize the environment and improve quality of life for all.

Passionate about preserving and safeguarding precious natural resources, Mahendra Prasad Uprety is a Project Associate at CREASION Nepal for Green Shift Nepal Project. With a strong foundation in Environmental Science since undergraduate, he has specialization in Water Resource Management. He has been a Clean Air Ambassador during the "I Care for Clean Air Campaign", organized by Clean Energy Nepal (CEN) in partnership with the GO Philanthropic Foundation. During his working career, he worked as a Research Assistant, Technical and Field Assistant for different organizations. Mahendra possesses comprehensive knowledge of Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) mainly for hydropower projects. These diverse experiences, both in office settings and in the field, have enriched his professional journey, broadening his understanding of environmental work. Besides these, he is a passionate researcher committed to positively impacting environmental protection and sustainability. Through his work, he strives to contribute to a greener, healthier future for generations to come

Aagya is a Geomatics engineer, dedicated to contributing her knowledge in the field of protecting the environment from the problems associated with climate change. She feels most alive around nature, wetlands and forest so she wants to mostly dedicate her work to its protection and building resilience. She has experience in research projects, has worked in non-profit organizations through which she has understood the importance giving back to the community and collaborating to achieve a greater impact. When She's not working, you'll find her hitting the trails for a run or hike. Fresh air and misty hills – that's her happy place. And the learning doesn't stop when the workday ends. She loves exploring podcasts and online resources as she walks, learning new things.
