A two day worshop for the Project CAP (Collaborative Approach for Preventing Plastic Leakages in Rivers of Nepal) was organized to enhance team building, knowledge and capacity of the team members. During the workshop, may topics were covered including finance, compliance, monitoring and evaluation, communication and project activities. The project activities, it's planning and implementation were discussed among the team through group activities, interactive games and presentations. The overall workshop proved to be a fruitful platform to gain more understanding on the way forward for the project and build team bonding as well.
