Outreach for Waste Smart School: Project CAP (Bharatpur Metropolitan City)

Schools are the foundation for nurturing the green warriors of tomorrow, empowering them to drive positive changes worldwide. Through Waste Smart School, Project CAP (Collaborative Approach for Preventing Plastic Leakages in Rivers) under the Plastic Free Rivers and Seas for South Asia project aims to promote environmental awareness among students and the community to take gradual steps towards a better and sustainable world. The project CAP team conducted outreach program in Bharatpur Metropolitan City on the grounds of our Regional Office in Chitwan. The program was attended by 12 school principles and focal teachers from different schools who engaged in the program to learn and contribute on how schools and students can partner as agents of change.
